Bernard H. Greenberg is an AV Rated attorney, rated AV for more than 35 consecutive years. AV is the highest peer review rating an attorney can achieve. He specializes in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts and probate. He has been licensed to practice in Colorado for over 45 years. Bernie received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and his juris doctor from the University of Denver College of Law. He has been a member of the Douglas/Elbert Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association and American Bar Association and has served on numerous sections and committees of these associations.

In addition to authoring numerous articles on business and estate planning, he teaches courses for continuing education credit on these subjects. Mr. Greenberg has appeared regularly on a national radio show on financial and estate planning called “Financial Forum”. The show was broadcast to all of North America.
Bernie is a current board member and past chair of the Castle Rock Chamber Foundation as well as one of the foundation’s founders. He is a past board member and past chair of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce. The chamber has named him recipient of the Ping Lee Jung Volunteer of Year for 2021 and Castle Rock Citizen of the Year for 2019 Bernie was also named Volunteer of the Year by the Douglas/Elbert Bar Association for 2014. Bernie served as a board member of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce from 2014-2022.
Mr. Greenberg is a past member of the Denver Estate Planning Council, The National Association of Estate Planners, and several estate and tax planning study groups. He was a featured speaker at the 1988 Million Dollar Round Table Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Greenberg is the founder of The American Life Planning Institute, an organization which designs and presents seminars and publications designed to explain the life planning approach to business and estate planning.
