Following law school, Kimberly was employed as a Staff Attorney at Lakeshore Legal Aid, a civil legal service across Michigan. At Lakeshore, Kimberly was promoted to the positions of Supervising Attorney and Medicaid/Medicare Ombudsman. After several years at Legal Services, Kimberly transitioned to private practice, specializing in the areas of elder law, probate and estate planning matters. During this time, her parents and siblings relocated from the Midwest to Colorado. Recognizing the importance of being close to family, Kimberly made the decision to join them and moved to Colorado in December 2022. Kimberly was sworn into the Colorado Bar in May 2023. In July 2024, she accepted a position as an associate attorney in family law at Kodish & Goldmanis, and her highest priority is to help families succeed.
